The new saw unit is made of a strong cast-iron structure. It is tightly fixed under the table and can be tilted by means of two side supports (trunnions): these solutions grant sturdiness, rigidity and a perfect cutting result. Furthermore, on request, the unit can be equipped with scoring unit for an optimal cutting even on upgraded panels. The sliding table is made from extruded anodised aluminium with a closed, honeycomb structure. The carriage runs on an exclusive slideway system consisting of guides made from calibrated and hardened F550SX steel. It is provided, as a standard feature, with a 1100x650 mm dimensions squaring frame and it is complete with: telescopic fence, 2 crosscut flip-over stops, eccentric clamp and telescopic swinging arm support. Other main standard devices: dedicated saw rip fence, with micrometric adjustment and cam-locking, complete with support; table extension on outfeed side; saw unit adjustments by means of fixed handwheels; readout of saw unit tilting on the machine front side by means of a mechanical digital readout.
