MB21 Borer
ME15 and MB21 are panel processing machines entirely designed and manufactured by TecnoMax backed by the experience and expertise of the SCM Group. Compact and precise, the TecnoMax MB21 is a single-head, 21-spindle boring machine designed for vertical, horizontal and 45° boring on panels up to 86 mm thick. The boring unit runs on two ground cylindrical guides which guarantee stability and precision.
The head consists of a single-piece aluminium casting to ensure the complete absence of vibration. First-class boring quality is guaranteed every time. The horizontal/vertical positioning of boring unit can be manual or pneumatic, activated directly form the control board. For even greater versatility, the MB21 can be fitted with an aluminium metric fence with reversible stops, particularly useful for machining large panels. A special unit enables horizontal boring on panels tilted at an angle of 45°.
